Amanda Ray Cox, Managing Attorney

Amanda Ray Cox is an attorney with the right kind of attention to detail. She prides herself on the legal work product she provides to her clients. Originally from Benton Arkansas, she earned her Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law in 2018. During her time in law  school, she was a member and Associate Research Editor of the Law Review, was awarded the Dean's Certificate of Distinguished Service, and was recognized for her dedication to professionalism. She also holds a  Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Central  Arkansas. She is currently admitted to practice law in Arkansas, focusing on divorces and estate planning. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar.

J. Shane Cox, Litigation Attorney

Shane Cox prides himself on the strong relationships he keeps with his clients. For over 11 years, he practiced in areas such as family law, estate planning, guardianships, and probate litigation.  After graduating from William H. Bowen School of Law,  he established a career of representing Arkansans with all kinds of legal needs. His clients see meaningful results built on a solid legal foundation, despite their need. Shane was asked back to his alma mater as an adjunct professor a few years after graduating from law school, and for seven years he enjoyed teaching law students about the Uniform Commercial Code, Secured Transactions, and Sales Transactions, specifically. He is accredited at the department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern/ Western districts of Arkansas and all Arkansas state courts.
